Effective September 29, 2026

Above Vacation Residences (“Above,” “we”) respects the trust owners place in us when they share details about their home. This notice explains what we collect on luxuryabove.com, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Only what you choose to share. When you submit our inquiry form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and any message.

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking pixels. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and reliable. Our typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your inquiry, consider whether your home may be a fit, and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. We never sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who handles it on our behalf

A small number of trusted providers help us operate. They may process your information only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase — the secure database that holds inquiry records for our team.
• Resend — delivers an internal notification to our team when an inquiry arrives.
• Netlify — hosts this website and relays inquiry notifications to our team.

Our team also uses standard business tools, such as email and task management, to follow up with you.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of our relationship and any obligations that follow. You may ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information you have shared with us. Residents of California and other states may have additional rights under local law; we honor these requests and will never treat you differently for making one. Simply write to info@luxuryabove.com or call 512-422-5175.

Children

This site is intended for homeowners and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.

Accessibility

We want luxuryabove.com to be welcoming to every visitor, and we work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. If anything on the site is difficult to use, please tell us at info@luxuryabove.com or 512-422-5175. We will help right away and make it right.
